Cycle hire

La Vieille Ferme offers cycles for hire (8 adult all-terrain bikes).

Please note: cycle helmets are not provided.

Reserve cycles in advance of your holiday by the week or, on a daily, first come, first served basis, subject to availability.

From Cléré du Bois you can easily cycle to several small towns and villages (on quiet roads). Sample lunch, stop for a drink and soak up the flavour and scenery of rural France.

A particularly popular, circular route is Cléré du Bois to St. Flovier, stopping for lunch at the village restaurant, cycling on to Obterre and returning to Cléré du Bois.
